Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk and Conference Host to join our First Impression team on a temporary full-time basis. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression for our colleagues and external visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our colleagues and visitors.
  • Manage registrations, closures, and other administrative tasks.
  • Represent First Impression at new hire events and conferences.
  • Coordinate and host day events, including food ordering and logistics.
  • Manage phone subscriptions, post, and deliveries.
  • Support Netlight colleagues with day-to-day matters and core business.
  • Contribute to sustainability and environmental initiatives.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Experience in customer service and/or reception.
  • Preferably experience with event preparation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
