The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management, preferably in offshore wind, maritime, or oil & gas industries. They should be familiar with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISM. Additionally, they should have experience with digital quality management tools and document control systems (e.g., SharePoint).

Your primary responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance policies, processes, and procedures. You will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with industry standards while continuously improving our internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HSE, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Identify and manage risks, while finding solutions for non-conformities and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee testing and inspection processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Support tender processes by providing quality expertise.

To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant degree in engineering, quality management, or a similar field. You should also have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and collaborate across departments, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.

What We're Looking For:
