About the Trainee Program

At Statkraft, we are committed to developing the next generation of renewable energy professionals. Our trainee program is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy industry.

Program Overview

The trainee program is a 16-month program that includes three rotations, one of which will be abroad. During the program, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your skills and knowledge in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in talent acquisition and recruitment processes across Statkraft's various business areas, countries, and specializations
  • Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Rotate through different roles and placements across the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as HR, business, finance, organizational psychology, or social sciences
  • No more than one year of work experience post-education (excluding internships and part-time jobs)
  • Strong ability to collaborate with others and work as a team player
  • Curious and open-minded towards different tasks and work environments
  • Fluency in English is required (other European languages are an asset)
