Exciting Opportunity for Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join our Solution Programs team at Kongsberg Maritime. In this role, you will be responsible for leading product development projects within existing and future programs, actively engaging with external and internal stakeholders, and following KM processes for project management and product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product development projects from feasibility to realization, including pilot deliveries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in R&D projects or projects with high uncertainty
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering, or other relevant fields
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English
