Kongsberg Maritime is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead product development projects within existing and future programs.
Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with innovative solutions for the maritime industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
You will play a key role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the company's reputation. Your expertise in project management, combined with your passion for sustainability, will enable you to make a significant impact on the company's green shift initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
