Job Description

We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Supply Chain professional to join our office in Bergen. As Procurement Logistics Responsible, you will work closely with Procurement and Construction to ensure smooth logistical operations.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Develop strategies for material logistics needs, including SAP configuration, procurement templates, warehouse coordination, subcontractor management, reporting routines, freight forwarding needs, customs handling, and transportation costs.">
  • Evaluate and improve processes for controlled material handling from delivery to utilization.">
  • Establish responsibility matrices for material release and finalize agreements with freight forwarders.">
  • Monitor material balances by type and task to maintain workflow according to plan.">
  • Participate in project closure activities, clearing out logistic purchase orders, stock transfer orders, requisitions, stock balances, and reservations.">
  • Identify and recommend surplus handling strategies, ensuring approval by relevant material owners.">

  • Strong commercial awareness, professionalism, and ability to work independently as a team player.">
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.">
