As a key player in our team, you will collaborate closely with our Procurement Director to support product development, negotiate better pricing and terms, and maintain strong relationships with hardware suppliers. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain and driving business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing procurement activities, including creating and processing purchase orders for manufacturing
  • Ensuring timely delivery of orders from suppliers and communicating any issues that may arise
  • Working with internal teams and external partners to guarantee accurate delivery of materials
  • Supporting inventory management, including receiving, auditing, and tracking inventory levels
  • Maintaining accurate records of material purchases, orders, and logistics-related communications
  • Tracking procurement and shipping expenses to ensure alignment with financial targets
  • Contributing to the launch of new ERP modules and supply chain initiatives as needed

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in electronic hardware supply chains for B2B enterprise products
  • Familiarity with logistics coordination and supply chain processes
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
  • Interest in advancing knowledge of hardware products, procurement strategies, and logistics optimization
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (desired)
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English (required)
