Job Purpose

As a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering function at TechnipFMC, you will participate in developing innovative engineering solutions that drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on improving manufacturing processes, establishing new production methods, and creating comprehensive documentation to support production operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production performance and efficiency.
  • Design and establish new production processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain production documentation, including work instructions, CNC programs, and routings.
  • Supervise and mentor less experienced engineering personnel, providing guidance on calculations, design conception, and engineering solutions.
  • Review and approve drawings, part reports, and procedures to ensure safe and efficient production methods.
  • Provide quality notifications and disposition as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, CAD/CAM systems, and PLM systems.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
