The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Solutions Architect to elevate our Sales Engineering efforts at TN Norway. In this role, you'll engage directly with Enterprise customers to showcase the value of our solutions and play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our Pre-Sales function.

This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic improvements, mentor a growing team, and contribute to high-impact customer engagements. You'll be both a visionary leader and a hands-on contributor, delivering tailored solutions and compelling product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to understand customer requirements, sales goals, and strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during customer interactions, presentations, demonstrations, and tenders.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Create customized solutions and proposals to address customer needs and requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback from customer interactions and market trends, sharing key customer needs with the product team to improve our positioning.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services, as well as industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Keep the Pre-Sales team updated on product updates, enhancements, and new features, ensuring they are well-equipped to effectively position and demonstrate the products to customers.

Leadership

  • Drive the evolution of our Pre-Sales function, setting clear goals and strategies for success.
  • Monitor the KPIs that are set up for the Pre-Sales team and ensure we are on track to achieve the goals.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to management on Pre-Sales activities, performance, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor and coach the Pre-Sales team, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years in Pre-Sales roles within SaaS or tech companies, with a strong focus on value-driven solutions engineering for medium complexity enterprise-level deals.
  • Previous leadership experience or a track record of leading projects and driving strategic improvements.
  • Proactive and execution-driven, taking initiative and turning ideas into actionable results.
  • Structured and strategic mindset, thinking long-term and aligning actions with business objectives.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively across teams and departments.
  • Deep understanding of the sales and pre-sales process, with the ability to bridge the gap between product knowledge and business value.
  • Strong consultative selling and analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and craft tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to present complex value propositions to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
