Resource Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Coordinator to join our team at NES Fircroft. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning resources to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement resource plans to meet project requirements, ensuring that the right resources are allocated to the right tasks at the right time.
- Hiring and Management of Resources: Collaborate with our agencies to hire and manage resources, including blue-collar workers, to meet project needs.
- Project Support: Provide close support to our project management team, ensuring that project resources are mobilized and demobilized in accordance with internal procedures and project plans.
- Advice and Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance to our management and project organization on resource planning, hiring, and management.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with our personnel suppliers and project stakeholders, ensuring that resource needs are met and project objectives are achieved.
- Competence Management: Develop and implement competence management plans to ensure that project resources have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 2-4 years of relevant experience in a project-driven organization.
- Resource Management Skills: Proven experience with resource management systems and manpower booking.
- Knowledge and Skills: Good knowledge of applicable collective bargaining agreements, laws, and working time agreements. Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office 365, OCS, and IFS.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including project teams, suppliers, and management.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
