Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team as a Digital Twin Condition Monitoring Specialist. As a key member of our Maritime Advisory department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital solutions to enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our customers' operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement digital twin condition monitoring systems for maritime structures
  • Develop and maintain finite element analysis models for ships and offshore platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions with existing systems
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers on digital twin condition monitoring
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply knowledge to improve existing processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Structures, Hydrodynamics, Physics, Mechanics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-10 years of experience in finite element analysis and digital twin condition monitoring
  • Strong knowledge of Python programming and application development
  • Experience with FE software such as DNV's Sesam Package or ABAQUS
  • Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, such as DNV-RU-SHIP Pt.3 or Common Structural Rules
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
