Job Summary

Omega AS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our telecoms projects in the oil and gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate telecoms projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to identify and resolve project issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in telecommunications, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in telecoms project management, with a focus on offshore projects.
  • Strong knowledge of telecoms systems, including cables, fibers, LAN, WAN, TMS, and PA systems.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as STIDtag, STIDdoc, and STIDloop.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
