Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Policy Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our efforts to accelerate vaccine development and ensure equitable access to life-saving countermeasures.

The Policy Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based policy positions that drive high-quality, strategic decisions. This will involve analyzing data and qualitative research, identifying trends and patterns, and distilling insights into actionable recommendations. The Policy Analyst will also contribute to the development of CEPI's five-year plan, CEPI 2.0, which aims to dramatically reduce or even eliminate the future risk of pandemics and epidemics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global health, public policy, or a related field, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. They will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, and will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evidence-based policy positions that drive high-quality, strategic decisions.
  • Analyze data and qualitative research to identify trends and patterns and distill insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of CEPI's five-year plan, CEPI 2.0.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
