Requirements:
- Master's degree in law from a Norwegian university.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel with international exposure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business and legal objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- English fluency and flexibility to travel within Europe.
