Tesla Support Specialist, Roadside Support

As a critical member of the Tesla support team, your role will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences when our clients' vehicles are in need of assistance. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the process and ensuring their satisfaction.

This position can be based in various locations, providing flexibility and opportunities for growth.

You will work closely with service centers to analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently, capturing valuable insights to improve our processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating customer needs and developing effective solutions.
  • Analyzing complex issues and working collaboratively with the service center team to resolve them.
  • Representing Tesla's voice in escalated situations, ensuring professionalism and empathy.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and providing timely updates.
  • Making informed decisions regarding customer cases, prioritizing their needs and delivering results.
  • Utilizing our CRM software to maintain accurate records of support cases and communications.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong background in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • A genuine interest in cars and technology, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Lithuanian, and additional languages being beneficial.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively, even in high-pressure situations.
  • A flexible schedule, with commitment to shifts between 7am and 11:30pm, including occasional night shifts.
