
Customer Support Specialist for Norwegian-Speaking Clients

About the Role:
The Norwegian Customer Service Representative will provide Norwegian-language customer support via email and chat, as well as moderate content across various platforms. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and attention to detail, with fluency in Norwegian and English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and live chat
- Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements
- Identify and escalate policy violations and fraudulent activities
- Provide feedback on trends and user issues to improve processes
- Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings and late nights until midnight
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing policies and procedures
