DNV is one of the leading Notified Bodies for medical devices. Our unit has the authority to conduct conformity assessments of medical devices according to EU Regulations, as well as provide certification services in various jurisdictions.

The Training Coordinator role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our Competence Specialist, assessors/auditors, external training providers, and local market units. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless delivery and administration of training programs that support the competence development of our medical device business professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a comprehensive catalogue of available courses within the medical devices business.
  • Ensure timely scheduling and completion of course amendments.
  • Facilitate access to all training courses and materials.
  • Collaborate with the Competence Specialist to maintain and update the Training Matrix.
  • Monitor candidates with overdue training that impacts competence compliance.
  • Issue training certificates in a timely manner.
Requirements & Skills:Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in training coordination, managing course administration, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with management systems.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft systems, and training applications.
  • Post-secondary education (degree level or equivalent).
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.

  • Able to work independently while meeting deadlines efficiently.
