DNV Product Assurance AS is one of the leading Notified Bodies for medical devices. The unit is entitled to carry out tasks related to the conformity assessment of medical devices with the EU Regulations before such products are placed on the market, as well as certification services of medical devices in different jurisdictions.

As a Training Coordinator, you will serve as the link between the Competence Specialist, assessors/auditors, external training providers, and local market units. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient delivery and administration of training programs that support the competence development of our medical device business professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and provide an up-to-date catalogue of courses available within the medical devices business.
  2. Ensure that any amendments to courses are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
  3. Facilitate access to all training courses and materials.
  4. Maintain and update the Training Matrix in conjunction with the Competence Matrix.
  5. Follow up on candidates with overdue training that affects competence compliance.
  6. Ensure the timely issuance of training certificates.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Experience in a training coordination role, managing course administration and reporting.
  2. Knowledge of management systems.
  3. Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads effectively.
  4. Proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft systems, and training applications.
  5. Post-secondary education (degree level or equivalent).
  6. Strong written and spoken English skills.

  3. Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines efficiently.
