About the RoleAs our new Sales & Support Coordinator in EF's Norwegian Sales Team, you'll take the first steps toward a rewarding career in sales, customer service, and marketing – all while having fun at work. This role is your gateway to leadership, teaching you the foundations of running a successful business, becoming a top seller, and preparing you for an international career. You'll join a dynamic, ambitious, and supportive team that thrives on reaching new goals together.
Your ResponsibilitiesIn this exciting role, your days will be varied and full of opportunities to make an impact:
- Guide customers to the perfect EF program to match their needs and goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service – in person, online, and over the phone.
- Inspire, motivate, and coach potential customers to join our language programs.
- Contribute creativity, drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit to our team.
You'll report directly to our Country Product Manager and be part of a close-knit group that shares your passion for success.
Who Are We Looking For?We're searching for a motivated, goal-oriented individual who embodies:
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
- A strong interest in sales or prior sales/customer service experience.
- A balance of team spirit and a competitive edge to reach targets.
- Leadership potential with a desire to grow and develop.
- Experience from studying, working, or extensive traveling abroad.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
