Ansvarsområder- Oppfølging og håndtering av leads
- Kartlegge kundens økonomiske situasjon og finne gode løsninger
- Skape enestående kundeopplevelser gjennom enestående rådgivning
- Bistå det innledende arbeidet for rådgiverne på større caser
- Innhente utfyllende informasjon for å optimalisere rådgivernes arbeid
