Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Norway office. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading vendor teams to meet targets, managing outsourced operations, setting sales budgets, and handling contract negotiations. This role requires strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams, as well as experience in setting and managing sales budgets and targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to four days per week
  • Access to a car (required) and valid driving licence
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced operations
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams
  • Experience in setting and managing sales budgets and targets
  • Skilled in contract negotiations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to track and analyze performance metrics to drive results
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language
  • Proficiency in English, as it is our official language
