We're looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead our efforts in Norway. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and building strong relationships with our existing and prospective customers.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a key part in managing and growing our customer relationships in Norway. Your focus will be on optimizing customer onboarding, ensuring long-term success, and identifying new business opportunities through data-driven insights and strategic collaboration.

You will work closely with our marketing, consultancy, and product teams to continuously enhance our customer offerings. A typical day in this role includes client meetings, managing proposals, and developing tailored solutions to support customers in streamlining their chemical management processes and achieving compliance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing our customer relationships in Norway.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.
  • Working closely with our marketing, consultancy, and product teams to continuously enhance our customer offerings.
  • Partnering with clients to ensure successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
  • Representing Intersolia at seminars, workshops, and user meetings to strengthen client relationships and brand presence.
  • Analyzing customer activity, reviewing contracts, and identifying trends to support growth initiatives.
