Packaging Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Signode. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging machines and consumables sector. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and leverage your expertise to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales growth.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the packaging machines and consumables sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or consumables)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain their value to clients
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Language – Swedish and/or Norwegian as well as English in writing and speaking
