About the Role

The Sales Manager will lead one of our high-impact C2B teams, architecting and orchestrating the growth of our dynamic sales force.

  • Demonstrate effective sales leadership, defining excellence in your team.
  • Manage budgets and sales targets, achieving exceptional results.
  • Analyze customer trends and behaviors to drive improvements across KPIs.
  • Cultivate a culture of teamwork to pioneer innovative sales activities.
  • Recruit top talent to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Partner with other teams to optimize Nettbils product.
To Succeed in This Position

You will be a strategic, positive, 'can-do' individual with cross-functional experience. You will work with our sales team, marketing team, and development team to drive business growth.

In addition, you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with an emphasis on business development and team building.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • A deep understanding of improving customer relationships and trust.
  • A demonstrated ability to handle change and be a team player.
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
