Job Overview:

Nordics Sales Lead

The Sales Manager Nordics will oversee and manage a team of Account Managers, focusing on driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development in the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden). This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build and maintain high-performance sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Account Managers, Inside Sales, and Clinical Sales Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Set clear performance expectations, sales targets, and goals for the team, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  • Keep the team informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure they can effectively sell and support customers.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Pro-active price management is a key aspect in this.
  • Define and review annual account plans in close collaboration with the sales team and ensure a disciplined execution against these plans.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Oversee key strategic account relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to Account Managers in managing and growing customer relationships.
