- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical products and explain their value to clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Language – Swedish and/or Norwegian as well as English in writing and speaking
