The SUPERB - opportunity:
We're seeking a sales professional to join our team in Norway and drive growth in the hospitality industry.
In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding our customer base and revenue in Norway, making SUPERB - the top choice for hospitality businesses in your market.
To achieve this goal, you'll leverage a consultative sales approach, prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new hospitality businesses in your territory. You'll work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the sales process from prospect to close
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
- Develop strong relationships with customers and prospects
- Understand customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our solutions meet market needs
- 1+ years of experience in a closing sales role
- Cold-calling experience into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success
- Knowledge of restaurant operations or genuine interest in the industry
- Fluent Norwegian and comfortable with English as our business language
- Ability to travel around for customer meetings
- High energy and great relationship-building skills
- Collaborative team player mentality
