Job OverviewThis is an opportunity to enhance our inside sales process as a Service Sales Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring precise handling of customer inquiries, contributing to the seamless flow of our inside sales operations.
Responsibilities- Prepare and technically elaborate tickets based on our request for quote process.
- Send quotations and answer customer enquiries on service, survey, commissioning, and installation professionally and timely.
- Work within sales authorization and precisely defined pricing guidelines.
- Calculate cost price of orders based on customer requirements and wishes.
- Maintain accurate and complete information in our systems (Zendesk/Navision).
Your efforts will make a substantial contribution to delivering outstanding service to valued customers while exploring new avenues for business growth.
