Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead our lifting equipment design and delivery efforts. As a Package Responsible Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, procuring, and delivering various lifting and material handling equipment packages.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement lifting equipment designs that meet project requirements
* Collaborate with suppliers to procure high-quality equipment
* Conduct technical evaluations of supplier quotations and proposals
* Lead installation and testing efforts at the yard/offshore
* Evaluate and respond to technical queries from suppliers and customers
* Ensure supplier compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
* Minimum 10 years of experience in lifting equipment design and delivery
* Strong knowledge of local and international codes and standards
* Proficient in 3D CAD software
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
