Mainframe Security Systems Lead

At 3370 Kyndryl Norway AS, we are seeking an experienced Mainframe Security Systems Lead to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve overseeing the security of our mainframe environments.
We offer a competitive salary of NOK 1,200,000 per year, plus benefits such as 27 vacation days, pension plan, and employer-paid group life insurance.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices for mainframe environments. You will also be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of mainframe operations. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices for mainframe environments.
- Renewal and implementation of certificates in mainframe environments.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of mainframe operations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Security Systems Lead with ideally 5 years or more of relevant experience. You should have expertise in RACF administration, including user management, access control, and security policy implementation.
You should also have knowledge of mainframe security principles and practices, understanding of mainframe systems (z/OS), and proficiency in English.
In addition, experience with other mainframe security products such as ACF2 or Top Secret, encryption technologies and data protection methods, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX would be beneficial.
