We are excited to add a Sales Operations Specialist to our team in Norway, where you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by managing sales data, generating reports, analyzing trends, and improving sales processes.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Assist in creating reports to follow up on different aspects of the business in the CRM.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support functions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales behaviors.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills and Power BI.
