
Business Growth Specialist – Norway Office

We're seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to lead our business development efforts in Norway.
This specialist will focus on exploring new channels, acquiring new customers, and influencing key decision-makers to choose Helvar products and solutions.
The role demands a collaborative approach, procedural driven mindset to streamline repetitive sales processes, and thorough understanding of the end-to-end sales process from initial specification phase to project delivery.
Responsibilities include taking ownership of Helvar business relationships and revenue growth with assigned partners, providing timely and accurate revenue forecasts, and coordinating the involvement of required Helvar resources.
Additional expectations include acting as a consultant and trusted advisor to partners and customers, sharing best practices in managing project & specification sales, and demonstrating a deep understanding of the local market and competitor landscape.
