Norway Business Development Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to join our team in Oslo, Norway.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing business relationships and driving revenue growth through proactive development of local markets and regions.

This role requires a credible level of technical understanding to engage with various parts of the project sales community and act as a consultant and trusted advisor to partners and customers.

Key responsibilities include taking full ownership of Helvar business relationships and revenue growth with locally assigned partners, proactively hunting for and developing new business opportunities, and ensuring significant market activity by Helvar and its partners.

The successful candidate will be able to provide timely and accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts, work with partners to design, develop, and execute growth-focused business and activity plans, and ensure partners have an in-depth knowledge of Helvar solutions.

Beyond these key responsibilities, the Business Development Lead will also be expected to share best practices in managing project & specification sales, coordinate the involvement of required Helvar resources, demonstrate methodical and precise usage of Helvar's CRM system, and understand the local competitor landscape.
