Business Development Leader

We are seeking a Business Development Leader to join our Sales organization in Norway (Oslo). As a Senior Account Executive, you will take ownership of accounts within the Commercial industry, primarily in Telco, Manufacturing, and Energy. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business development within Enterprise accounts, drive increased business value for our customers, and manage and grow existing accounts within the Commercial industry.
About You
You should have experience in driving sales processes within the Telco, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, or Retail sectors. You must be able to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics and develop a sales plan, communicate technical and business concepts, and work independently and lead an account team. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, and knowledge of analytics solutions and/or Cloud and services is preferred but not essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieving total software revenue targets and managing business objectives.
- Managing and growing an existing set of accounts within the Commercial industry.
- Developing plans to identify areas with potential for further development and executing them.
- Generating new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with customers.
