We are looking for a talented Customer Success Strategist to join our team in Norway. In this role, you will work closely with private and public stakeholders to promote EasyPark's smart solutions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new corporate customers, focusing on property managers, parking operators, and businesses in need of efficient mobility solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive growth and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor EasyPark's services.
- Present and sell innovative parking and mobility solutions to relevant decision-makers.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract signing and implementation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with documented results in outreach sales and customer management.
- Experience with selling complex services, preferably SaaS solutions.
- Ability to understand customer needs quickly and develop strategic solutions.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems to manage sales processes.
- Public client experience is an advantage, but not required.
