Crayon is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as a Manager of Business Development and Innovation. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for innovation and growth within the organization.
The Manager of Business Development and Innovation will work closely with senior executives and department heads to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and expansion. The individual will also build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for innovation and growth within the organization
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Leading cross-functional teams on strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives
- Providing strategic advice and guidance to senior executives and department heads
Requirements for the role include:
- 4+ years of professional experience, ideally from a top-tier management consulting firm or a similar strategic role in a corporate environment
- A minimum of a master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
- Experience working effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- A proven track record of successful project management and leadership
