As part of our efforts to become carbon-free, we need a talented professional to join our Business Development & M&A team. As a Manager- Business Development, you will play a crucial role in driving growth activities in India with a focus on M&A transactions across solar, wind, hydro sectors as well as emerging areas like storage & green hydrogen.
You will lead business development activities in renewable power with a focus on M&A. This includes evaluating various investment opportunities in the Indian renewable energy sector, assisting in building and reviewing detailed financial models, performing cash flow, profitability, and valuation analysis including DCF. You will also assist in engaging advisors and carrying out third-party due diligence, prepare investment notes and presentations for internal committees/senior management.
We seek an individual who possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders. Your extensive working knowledge of MS Office applications, experience operating in a multi-cultural and multi-country environment, and result-oriented approach will make you a valuable asset to our team.
In addition to your professional qualifications, you should be a strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management. We value individuals who are open to new challenges, comfortable with evolving priorities, and willing to travel when required.
