About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to its success. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective strategy and leadership.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and training to ensure their success.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Nettbil remains competitive.
To Succeed in this Position

We believe you are a skilled and experienced sales professional with a passion for leadership and team management. You have a proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles and are able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

In addition, you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, and/or as a Key Account Manager.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with an emphasis on business development & building teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • A deep understanding of how to improve customer relationships and build trust.
  • A demonstrated ability to handle change and be a team player.
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
