Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with resellers, addressing their needs and creating tailored solutions.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales or account management, with a focus on customer relationships and achieving targets. They will also possess strong organizational skills, allowing them to plan and execute a daily work schedule effectively.
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, addressing their needs and creating tailored solutions.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of existing and potential resellers, planning daily outreach to grow sales opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, adjusting your approach to suit various sales outlets and audiences.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, reseller feedback, and territory performance to keep management informed.
- Resolve reseller issues by investigating problems, proposing solutions, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Partner with marketing to enhance customer-facing communications and product information based on client insights.
