About the OpportunityWe are excited to announce the availability of the Growth & Operations Manager position in Norway, as part of our Northern Europe rides organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive Uber's growth and success in Norway, working closely with the General Manager for the Nordics and the Northern Europe leadership team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for business growth and development, including managing both implementation of global and regional programs, and driving local growth and improvement projects. You will also be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the market, translating strategy to tactics across all aspects of the business.
Key responsibilities include owning the Norway market, developing and implementing strategies for driver partner acquisition and engagement, rider acquisition and engagement, and partnership development. You will also lead multiple projects in the Norway business, communicating progress and challenges with senior stakeholders.
