Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our Norwegian branch expansion. As a Lead Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and motivating other sales colleagues in the office.

This role requires a unique blend of business acumen and hands-on execution skills. You will play a pivotal role in the success of our international expansion plan and contribute significantly to the growth of our Norwegian operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Market Development:
  1. Conduct market analysis daily to stay ahead of the competition;
  2. Work closely with the Country- and Regional Manager to deliver market insights and enable us to identify business priorities;
  3. Forecast revenue and potential business growth on an ongoing basis.
Create Customer Base:
  1. Generate leads through business-marketing development actions to fuel our sales pipeline;
  2. Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects;
  3. Achieve and surpass your personal targets by guiding potential clients through our sales cycle and closing deals;
  4. Ensure local customers become ambassadors and leverage available resources to generate opportunities;
  5. Follow and report on predefined business KPIs.
Team:
  1. Act as a coach to ensure other sales colleagues ramp up successfully;
  2. Motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve and surpass their goals, maintaining high performance standards;
  3. Protect and embody our team and company culture;
  4. Lead by example by closing deals and managing your own sales cycles;
  5. Contribute to overall business improvement.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in a business or sales context, or experience in a financial position with a desire to transition to a sales/business challenge;
  • A Master's Degree in business and/or economics;
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English;
  • Familiarity with the local business culture is an asset;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Resilience and a willingness to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
