Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our Norwegian branch expansion. As a Lead Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and motivating other sales colleagues in the office.
This role requires a unique blend of business acumen and hands-on execution skills. You will play a pivotal role in the success of our international expansion plan and contribute significantly to the growth of our Norwegian operations.
Responsibilities:- Market Development:
- Conduct market analysis daily to stay ahead of the competition;
- Work closely with the Country- and Regional Manager to deliver market insights and enable us to identify business priorities;
- Forecast revenue and potential business growth on an ongoing basis.
- Generate leads through business-marketing development actions to fuel our sales pipeline;
- Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects;
- Achieve and surpass your personal targets by guiding potential clients through our sales cycle and closing deals;
- Ensure local customers become ambassadors and leverage available resources to generate opportunities;
- Follow and report on predefined business KPIs.
- Act as a coach to ensure other sales colleagues ramp up successfully;
- Motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve and surpass their goals, maintaining high performance standards;
- Protect and embody our team and company culture;
- Lead by example by closing deals and managing your own sales cycles;
- Contribute to overall business improvement.
- A proven track record in a business or sales context, or experience in a financial position with a desire to transition to a sales/business challenge;
- A Master's Degree in business and/or economics;
- Fluent in Norwegian and English;
- Familiarity with the local business culture is an asset;
