
Business Development Manager

About the Role
As a key player in Workday's Field Sales Operations organization, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth through strategic account planning and execution.
You will develop and execute strategies to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territories, while maintaining accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
Collaboration with internal teams, including pre-sales and value, is essential to achieve quota and run multiple deals at once. Your expertise in selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive net new revenue growth.
- Prioritize and target key opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective deal management.
- Negotiate deals with C-Suite executives to close opportunities.
