Position Summary

">Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the Norwegian healthcare market.
">Sales Strategy Development">Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and establish strong partnerships within the sector.
">Client Relationship Management">Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, to promote YPAI's AI healthcare solutions.
">Team Collaboration">Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
">Performance Monitoring">Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- A proven track record in business development or sales within the healthcare or AI/tech industries">
- Strong networks and established relationships within the Norwegian healthcare sector">
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills">
- Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently to achieve ambitious targets">
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in healthcare">
- Fluency in Norwegian and English required">
