Your role as Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you'll be a driving force in our sales growth within Glamox Marine, offshore and wind division in Norway. Your role will involve bringing in new business while nurturing relationships with existing clients. You will be working across the entire value chain—from distributors to end customers. You'll execute sales strategies, attend key conferences and events, conduct market research, and build strong ties with decision-makers and influencers.

With the support of our Glamox Northern Europe (GNE) team, you'll be a crucial part of the sales engine, reporting directly to the Sales Team Manager of Norway. Your goal? Driving business growth by exceeding sales targets, building strategic partnerships, and delivering customer-focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through technical offers, presentations, and proactive account management.
  • Leverage internal resources and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative and tailored solutions.
  • Execute sales strategies to expand Glamox's market presence and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding needs, providing customized solutions, and offering exceptional support.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Represent Glamox at industry events and fairs, showcasing our products and solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and system solutions.
  • Knowledge of the maritime, offshore or industrial sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of lighting solutions or related products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Passionate about innovation and delivering customer success.
