At NOV Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an integral member of our Administration team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers.

About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator will provide critical administrative support to cross-functional teams within NOV, supporting various departments as needed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying commercial aspects of incoming purchase orders
  • Creating orders and distributing order confirmations
  • Handling changes affecting commercial details
  • Managing cost and document control
  • Following up on revised POs from customers, as required
  • Validating commercial details on shipped sales orders
  • Preparing billing summaries
  • Closing orders and forwarding to billing
  • Distributing AR documents to customers and filing invoices in DMS
  • Administering the customer portal for invoices and orders
  • Training new staff within the department

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (desirable)
  • Experience working within an administrative team (desirable)
  • Experience working with an ERP system (desirable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English (essential)
