Client Experience Manager Oslo

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Postmodern Sales Advisor to join our team in Oslo. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth through personalized styling sessions and tailored recommendations.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be an ambassador for GANNI, promoting our brand values of Openness, Optimism, Authenticity, Accountability, and Responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding client experiences through personalized styling sessions and tailored recommendations
- Drive sales growth by fostering strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Establish loyalty within the community by delivering exceptional customer service and creating engaging in-store events
- Foster a culture of results-driven mentality, where everyone is united by a common purpose
- Support the store team to achieve KPI targets and create a culture that is authentic, optimistic, and driven by results
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar industry, preferably with a focus on sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English
- Omnichannel and omnicommerce understanding, with the ability to drive sales growth through digital channels
