About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Optimization Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a key member of our Regional Operations team, you will be responsible for enhancing platform efficiency and optimizing pricing models across nine countries in Northern Europe.

In this role, you will analyze operational and financial data to uncover opportunities, build hypotheses, validate assumptions, and execute impactful projects. You will also work closely with Global and Regional counterparts to roll out global initiatives while identifying and executing region-specific solutions that improve delivery economics and operational efficiency.

Your primary objective will be to optimize platform logistics and efficiency by:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve task allocation and fulfillment, ensuring our platform operates as efficiently as possible while maximizing delivery experience.
  • Analyzing barriers to productivity and developing data-backed solutions to streamline operations.

You will also leverage data to inform business decisions and drive project execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate insights into scalable solutions that improve delivery performance.
  • Working closely with the Global Pricing team to analyze and refine pricing strategies that balance supply and demand while maintaining a competitive and sustainable earnings structure for couriers.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools (SQL knowledge is a plus), and experience in logistics or pricing. Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field (operations, analytics, strategy, pricing, supply chain, logistics, consulting, or a related domain).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to operational impact.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience in logistics or pricing is a huge plus, but not mandatory if you bring a unique skill set.
  • Bias for action, proactive mindset, and excellent project management skills.
