At Muybridge, we are re-inventing cameras by turning them into software. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Growth Director to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who can help us scale our international growth.
About the RoleWe are looking for someone with a strong background in sales leadership and commercial growth. As Commercial Growth Director, you will be responsible for building and developing our commercial engine, designing and growing sales capabilities, and leading commercial launch preparations.
You will work closely with our management team to drive international sales growth, develop external sales processes, and negotiate and close strategic contracts. You will also be responsible for generating and qualifying leads on an international scale, managing and building a sales organization with a growth mindset, and ensuring we have a solid after-sales process based on customer engagement.

RequirementsTo succeed as Commercial Growth Director, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor or Master degree within a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in international sales within tech or broadcast
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build and lead successful sales teams
- Successful track record of negotiating and closing significantly sized contracts
- Experience from both direct sales and partner sales
- Structured, proactive, and great at spotting opportunities
