The Role

We are seeking a senior-level professional to fill the position of Senior Manager of Record to Report. As the head of this team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an effective and efficient Record to Report (RTR) process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of approximately 10 seasoned accounting professionals
  • Designing and implementing RTR processes that align with company goals and objectives
  • Ensuring compliance and contributing to internal controls design and reporting
  • Mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in accounting and auditing, business, economics, finance, or a related field
  • Several years of experience leading teams within audit or accounting of larger companies
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and the Record to Report process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
