Role Overview

Sales Associate Oslo

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team in Oslo. As a Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of our sales activities in store.

You will be responsible for enchanting every visitor with simplicity and generosity, delivering quality service at all times. You will adapt to each client, identifying their needs and surprising them across the different Hermès universes.

You will focus on delivering high-quality sales, developing strong client relationships during and after their journey in the store.

Daily Life as a Sales Associate

  • You will be the first point of contact for clients, conveying the Hermès image and ensuring simplicity and generosity at all times.
  • You will provide excellent customer service adapted to the culture and personality of each client, maintaining a pleasant shopping environment consistent with the Hermès brand image.
  • You will develop sales across all product universes, prioritizing the quality of products and the excellence of service that Hermès strives to deliver.
  • You will engage with current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationships and inform them about new products and services.
  • You will identify and address client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements for Success

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant customer-facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment.
  • A natural passion for people and service.
  • The ability to adapt to different cultures and a genuine sense of empathy.
  • A team player attitude to achieve common goals and go above and beyond.
  • Fluency in Norwegian, Chinese, and English.
